As many as you need — there is no limit on the number of companies. Your subscription's limit applies to the total number of employees, not the number of companies.
All limits on your subscription plan — employees, storage space and any other included resources — are pooled at the account level, not per company. For example, if your plan allows a maximum of 25 employees, you can spread those 25 employees across your companies however you like — for instance 10 small companies, totaling at most 25 active employees combined.
No. Each company has fully isolated data by architecture — employees, payroll, documents and reports are never visible across different companies.
Yes, you can be an administrator in one company and a manager with limited access in another, based on the permissions assigned per company.
No. You have a single e-HR subscription for your whole account, covering every company you manage — there is no per-company billing.
